Single Vehicle Approval or SVA is mandatory for all kit cars that are intended to be used on the road. The test is actually straightforward, but does suffer from the fact that different inspectors and centres interpret the rules slightly differently. Nevertheless the Devil was always intended to be a road legal car and has been designed with the SVA test in mind.
Simply put, if you follow the construction manual and our SVA guide you will have no problems getting your car through the test - our road-legal demonstrator is proof of that.
All you will need to satisfy SVA is a few bits of trim and clips that are readily available from either us or other automotive suppliers.
